The Delta Ultraviolet Elektra^® E Series of UV sanitizers is the first UV sanitizer line designed specifically for swimming pool application. With its generous eight inch (203.2 mm) diameter 100% PVC wet chamber design, the Elektra E Series can accommodate pools up to 89,000 gallons (337961 liters) when 12 hour pool turnover is needed or up to 59500 gallons (225307 liters) for semi-commercial application where 8 hour pool turnover is required. Unlike small undersized units heretofore available for swimming pools, these larger capacities can be accomplished without making multiple units necessary and without the higher operation costs that multiple lamp units would require.

Suitable for both Indoor and Outdoor installation, as well as either fresh or salt water environments, the E Series is available in both 120V and 240V 50/60 Hz models (Using less electricity than a 40 watt bulb)   Metric size unions are available (See Product Data Sheet for voltage and union size model designations).  Like all Delta Ultraviolet Systems, the E Series bears the Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. US and Canadian Listed label, the CE mark, as well as the EPA Logo and product marking. This is your assurance that Delta UV has complied with US Government regulations for pesticide devices.    

Installation in the pool circulation system is very easy and is quickly accomplished thanks to the PVC unions and integral mounting base for floor mounting, both supplied as standard features on the E Series. Each E Series system comes supplied with a 60 inch (152.4 cm.) power cord,  All 120V systems are plug-in, and 240V systems are hard wired.  Four separate models are available, as each model accommodates a larger size pool then the previous model number.  While designed primarily for swimming pools, the Elektra E Series is equally at home when used for sanitation of water features, reflective or planted ponds, spas, fountains, or Koi ponds.
